FL Partners has advised DAI on its sale to Qflow Group, a Nordic consulting group within construction and infrastructure. The transaction provides DAI with a strong platform for future growth and development within a supportive partnership, while preserving the company’s local identity and foundation.

DAI is an engineering consultancy with approximately 70 employees across offices in Aarhus, Horsens and Silkeborg. Over several decades, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for both public and private clients, particularly within social housing, as well as the healthcare and education sectors. DAI is recognised for its strong emphasis on sustainability, holistic project management and a practical, grounded approach where proximity, accessibility and quality go hand in hand. This combination has resulted in long-standing client relationships and a solid position within the Danish construction industry.
