FL Partners has advised the Dutch Broad Horizon in its acquisition of the renowned Finnish Microsoft house Sulava.

Sulava is a successful IT consulting company specializing in Microsoft cloud technologies since its inception in 2010. Sulava advises companies across Europe within Modern Workplace and is a leader in training and certifying on Microsoft’s platforms. The company enters the new constellation with 110 employees in their offices in Helsinki and Dubai.

Today, Broad Horizon counts more than 1,000 employees and is created on the basis of several different companies that all have Microsoft in common. As their first step into the Nordics, Broad Horizon acquired the Danish IT consulting company Delegate in 2020, which in 2021 won the award as the Danish Microsoft partner of the year and in 2022 has been recognized as both Best IT Workplace in Denmark and Best Workplace in Denmark for Women across all industries. Delegate is at the forefront of Broad Horizon’s Nordic expansion and has thus facilitated the acquisition of Sulava.

With the acquisition of Sulava, Broad Horizon enters the Finnish market, thereby expanding both its geographical presence and strengthening its position within Microsoft cloud solutions.
