FL Partners has advised the Danish EdTech company Indicia MOCH on its sale to MetaCompliance, which enters the Danish cyber security and compliance-market.

MOCH is a successful e-learning company specializing in GDPR and cyber security awareness training. Since 1999, the company has developed more than 1.300 e-learning solutions, had 4.500.000 users on their proprietary compliance platform, Essens LMS, and achieved an NPS score of 9,3. MOCH joins the new constellation with a turnover of around 20 MDKK, most of which stems from subscription services.

MetaCompliance is a global cyber security and compliance training leader, providing state-of-the-art e-learning, GDPR, policy management, incident management, and phishing solutions. Both public and private customers use the award-winning technology and training content. MetaCompliance has recently welcomed the British private equity fund Tenzing as co-owner of the company.

The acquisition enables companies to combine their extensive domain expertise and thus create a significant European player that can quickly market their pioneering cloud-based software solutions to a broader audience worldwide.
