FL Partners has advised Visiolink, Europe’s leading supplier of e-newspapers and e-magazines, on its sale to the Nordic software company Vitec Software Group.

For the past 10 years, the software company Visiolink has specialized in digital publishing for the media industry in several European countries. Today, the customer portfolio consists of more than 2000 newspaper and magazine titles, and since its foundation in 2007, the Aarhus-based niche company has constantly yielded a profit. In 2019, Visiolink generated a revenue of 45 MDKK and an adjusted EBITDA of 11 MDKK.

Vitec is a Nordic market leader for Vertical Market Software aimed at, among others, the finance, healthcare, and energy sectors. In 2018, Vitec had net sales of 1.017 MSEK, 700 employees in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Visiolink joins a group of other well-run software companies that, through sparring and exchange of experience, can strengthen Visiolink and their service offering.
