The client presents the company to selected buyers and discusses commercial match as well as future setup.
Indicative offers
Retrieval of indicative offers, which in collaboration with the client, are negotiated until the signing of the Term Sheet with one selected buyer.
Due diligence and final negotiations
Due diligence forms the basis for final negotiations of the purchase agreement. The transaction is executed.
