FL Partners has advised the Danish IT company SystemGruppen on its sale to AddPro Danmark (formerly 4dimensions), which became part of Swedish AddPro in autumn 2021. SystemGruppen is thus part of the Danish constellation, which passes 200 MDKK in revenue after the acquisition.

Since its inception in 2015, SystemGruppen has provided quality services within IT service, IT operations, hosting, and consulting assistance. With 15 employees based in the offices in Aalborg and Herning, the company generates revenue of approximately 30 MDKK in the current financial year.

The AddPro Group consists of a group of Nordic IT companies that conduct business in the role of Business Transformation Partner. The Group’s majority shareholder, the Danish private equity fund Axcel, actively contributes to executing several strategic activities that will position the AddPro Group as one of the leading Nordic IT companies through organic growth and acquisitions.

SystemGruppen and the rest of the AddPro Group have several complementary competencies and a matching service offering. Therefore, the transaction strengthens the position as a total supplier of IT solutions in the Nordic market.
