FL Partners has advised the Danish IT company Bredana Solutions on its sale to 9altitudes. With the acquisition, 9altitudes strengthens its position in Denmark, which includes Bredana Solutions and Optimate.

Bredana Solutions is a leading Danish consulting company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement, and Dynamics 365 Business Central. In addition, the company supplements its consultancy services with in-house developed industry solutions within the three verticals: production, project production, and logistics/wholesale. Bredana Solutions joins the new constellation with 50 employees and a turnover of approximately 60 MDKK.

9altitudes delivers digital projects primarily within Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 platform – ERP, CRM, and BI – and is Europe’s largest Microsoft company for manufacturing companies. Including Bredana Solutions, 9altitudes generates revenues of approximately 550 MDKK and has 500 employees in 5 countries.

With the acquisition, 9altitudes acquires a significant Danish player within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, strengthening its goal of becoming a leading European Microsoft Dynamics partner.
