24i is an international software company with customers in 100 countries, offering software solutions for video streaming on all devices. 24i is part of listed Amino Technologies plc., headquartered in Amsterdam, and has offices in Los Angeles, New York, Guadalajara, Buenos Aires, Brno, Helsinki, and Madrid.

The acquisition combines the expertise within TVaaS from two strong companies, creating a significant European player that can quickly scale their service offering to a broader audience worldwide.
