FL Partners has advised the Danish Microsoft CRM consulting firm Valcore A/S in its sale to the Norwegian company Evidi. This acquisition enhances Evidi’s Danish operations, enabling them to offer a comprehensive suite of Microsoft’s business solutions from their Danish base.

Valcore, established in 2012, is a successful Danish Microsoft CRM consulting firm that has been 100% cloud-based from its inception. The company has provided Microsoft CRM solutions to numerous large Danish and Nordic clients and joins the new structure with an average annual growth of over 18% in the past four years.

The Evidi group comprises a collection of Nordic IT companies that together form one of the region’s leading centers of expertise in Microsoft technology. The group’s principal shareholder, the Norwegian private equity firm Credo Partners, actively supports the execution of various strategic initiatives aimed at positioning the Evidi group as the premier Microsoft partner in the Nordics.

Evidi is projected to achieve a revenue of DKK 402 million in 2023, reflecting a growth of 23% compared to 2022. Evidi currently employs 450 staff across offices in Oslo, Asker, Bergen, Halden, Sandnes, Sarpsborg, Stavanger, Tønsberg, Ballerup, Odense, Aarhus, Roskilde, Vejle, Thisted, and Ahmedabad.

This transaction aligns with Valcore’s ambition to further accelerate its growth by accessing a larger customer base seeking Valcore’s CRM expertise while offering the full spectrum of Dynamics 365 services to its existing clients.
